Welcome to the Small Business Questionnaire Part One.

The format is very simple. Nearly every question can be answered via a check-box, so it goes fast.

The free survey is actually split into two parts:

If you simply want to perform a business self-diagnosis, you can. Just copy each survey and print it out, entering your answers by hand.

By doing so, you will see a picture emerge as to what issues you face, and what answers you might use to address them.

If you want to complete the answers online and submit them, along with your contact information, I'll look over your responses and get back with you by email or phone to discuss your business. That discussion we'll have is FREE.

You see, when I meet with a business for the first time, both parts of this questionnaire form the structure for how I learn about the business. So, if you submit them both upfront, you actually save us both a lot of time. And you still get the first discussion hour free.

So, except for about 10 minutes of your time, you have absolutely nothing to lose, and everything to gain, by filling out the information and submitting it online. And no, you will NOT be placed on some spammer's email list. I hate spam just as much as you do.
